Andrew’s Toyz and Star Wars Action News (Venganza Media, Inc.) reserve the right to stop the contest at any time.

IF, AFTER THE CONTEST HAS BEGUN, changes or updates to the contest are deemed necessary, the changes will be announced on Star Wars Action News’ web site, swactionnews.com, as well as the show released the Monday before the day that the change is to take effect.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. TO ENTER ONLINE send an e-mail containing your name and shipping address to vadermaquette@reviewstarwars.com For additional entries, make a purchase at Andrew’s Toyz and mention in the COMMENTS section that you would like to enter the Star Wars Action News/Andrew’s Toyz contest for the Gentle Giant Darth Vader Maquette. One entry will be allowed per individual order placed on the site.

All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, July 7, 2007. Winner will be announced on Star Wars Action News’ episode posted Monday, July 16, 2007. Winner does not need to listen to the show to win; the prize will be shipped out within 60 days of the contest closing.

In the case of a random drawing for online contests, ODDS OF WINNING are based on the number of participants who enter the contest. Winners shall be selected in a random drawing unless otherwise specified on the contest page of swactionnews.com

ONLY ONE (1) WINNER PER HOUSEHOLD IS PERMITTED. Persons from households where an individual has won a prize from either Star Wars Action News or Andrew’s Toyz within thirty (30) days prior to the date the contest begins are ineligible to participate in the contest.

INDIVIDUALS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE or older to be able to participate in the contest and claim the prize. If winner is under the age of 18, the winner's legal guardian must claim the prize and will be held to the terms outlined in the Contest Rules. Some contests may have a higher minimum age requirement to comply with applicable laws and/or sponsor requirements and will be specified on-air / online at the time of solicitation.

EMPLOYEES OF STAR WARS ACTION NEWS and ANDREW’S TOYZ and members of their respective families are ineligible to participate in the contest.

PRIZES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE and may not be exchanged for other prizes or for cash, except in the sole discretion of Star Wars Action News and Andrew’s Toyz.

NO SUBSTITUTION OR TRANSFER of prize is permitted. All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, and title fees are the sole responsibility of winner.

ALL DECISIONS with regard to the awarding of the prizes, the selection of the winner and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant, by virtue of entering the contest, agrees to accept the decision of the station as final.

STATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR late entries due to any circumstances including ISP failure, and host unknown.
