Show Notes

Are you mad about Star Wars? We interview someone this week who is truly MAD about Star Wars, Jonathan Bresman, senior editor of MAD Magazine and the author of the new book MAD About Star Wars which compiles all Star Wars references ever printed in MAD Magazine. In addition to talking about the book, Jon tells us about his career at Lucasfilm where he got to be a stand-in for Jar Jar and a Stormtrooper! This interview is one you can't miss if you like MAD or if you like Star Wars.

Then Marjorie and Arnie look back in time, all the way back to 2006. They discuss the trials and tribulations of collecting in a world where Star Wars' future is uncertain, but one thing is for certain--companies are going to try to part Star Wars fans from their last penny before the run is over. Listen as they discuss the totally new collectible in 2006 that frustrated, annoyed, and entertained many a Star Wars fan.
